How to stop smoking
Most of the clients that we see come to us to help them stop smoking. Consequently we have learnt what works to help smokers stop – we don't like the phrase "giving up smoking" as this implies that they will miss it, when in reality, there is nothing to miss. Stopping smoking is all about gaining.
Many of the so called stop smoking experts rave on about the improved health and monetary gain, but these reasons are often not powerful enough to stop a smoker. This is because, even though a smoker may pay around £50,000 in their life time, they pay in installments, and may not notice a big difference in the amount they have saved straight away. Your health is the same, how quickly would you notice the improvement after you stopped smoking? – you don't even know when you are going to die anyway right? So what are some good reasons for stopping?
Reasons to stop smoking
There will be no more of the "I must have a cigarette". When you have stopped using the methods that we use to stop our clients - the slavery will end. You won't have to do anything that you don't want to with those cigarettes.
There will be no counting of the hours and days that you haven't had a cigarette. This is a common trait of people that stop using willpower. These people will often report that how long that have been without a cigarette as though they have been holding up dumbbells for the same amount of time.
There will be no panicing that you haven't got any cigarettes to satisfy your craving, instead you will be able to go about your day to day activities, just as other countless non smokers do.
You will understand that everyone gets stressed, and be able to appreciate that cigarettes do nothing to combat stress. There will be no social reasons for smoking. You wont have to light up because the people that you are with may want to smoke - the "social pressure" to smoke will not exist, and you will be comfortable around other smokers.
Using our recommended methods there will be no unnecessary weight gain. We will not stop you from smoking, only for you to replace it with a food addiction.
